A Life Set Apart Biography
A Life Set Apart is not only a band but a ministry that is rapidly progressing as they reach out to the world around them. Some of their shows have included opening for NeedToBreathe at God and Country Festival, opening at Rock and Worship Roadshow 2011 with bands like Thousand Foot Krutch, The Afters, Lecrae, Jars of Clay, and Mercy Me, and recently-playing mainstage at Cornerstone Festival with Write This Down, The Letter Black, Brian Head Welch, and P.O.D. Their success has been blessed as they have traveled independently for 2 years now, and have played over 70 shows from summer 2010 to the spring of 2011. They have big plans for the future and project a jump in shows for the rest of 2011 and 2012. Surprisingly, all the members are under 22 years old; the youngest at age 17. They work hard not only at putting everything they have into their music, they all pursue college offstage. In their lifestyle, perseverance, and dedication, the members of this band are truly pursuing a life unexpected and full of adventure; A Life Set Apart.
Everyday we are faced with choices, good and bad. Through our music we hope to inspire people to truly evaluate the decisions they make and choose wisely. Many of our songs deal with complex issues of the heart and we hope to spare others some of the pain we have experienced in our lives.
