Gable Price and Friends, formed in 2018, are a rock band hailing from California’s north central valley. Fronted by vocalist Gable Price, the band’s sound is characterized by energetic instrumentation and clever lyricism. Originally a trio featuring Price, guitarist Adam Elizarraraz, and drummer Daniel Vargas, they solidified their lineup with the addition of guitarist Cam Pablo and bassist-producer David Funk.
Gable’s musical beginnings started at age 6 when his Dad began teaching him Electric Guitar on an Ibanez Strat copy. At age 11, Gable and his brother performed at a music festival at a family friend’s farm.
Gable Price and Friends are known for their unique blend of alternative rock and Christian themes. Though their music tackles difficult subjects, it consistently offers a message of hope and perseverance. Comparisons have been drawn to The Killers, highlighting their high-octane sound, while their faith-based lyrics set them apart. In 2022, they signed with Capitol CMG and released their new album “The Consequence of Being Alive.” The album garnered critical acclaim and was nominated for “Best Rock Song” at the 2023 GMA Dove Award.
